Exchanges
– Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
– To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
– Exchanges can be made for an item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Refunds
– Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
– Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4–7 business days.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To assist us in resolving any issues quickly, please provide a clear unboxing video if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. This serves as proof and helps us process your request efficiently.
Exceptions
– Products purchased on sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
– Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality reasons.
